Partnership for the development of the City of Bijeljina is an advisory body of the City, appointed by the mayor, and it is the key mechanism of participation of community in managing local development, or an instrument for communication between the citizens and City Administration.
 
Sectoral partnership group for environmental protection, which includes representatives of institutions relevant for the environmental protection, representatives of the Coordination body, representatives of citizens’ associations active in this area, media, and Section for Local Economic Development and European Integration, should focus on the following:
