Three new applications started working online:
Project activities were based on the strategic commitment of the city to work on improvement of public services quality (strategic goal 2), in accordance with the sustainable development goals: 9 (industry, innovation and infrastructure), 10 (reduced inequalities), 11 (sustainable cities and communities), 16 (peace, justice and strong institutions), and 17 (partnerships for the goals).

The project increased efficiency, transparency, ease of access and possibility of responding to administrative requests of the citizens and business sector. A new public counters room has been established. |
