Three-Year Indicative Financial Implementation Plans of the Strategy

The Development Strategy of the City of Bijeljina (2014–2023), revised for the period 2019–2023, is the key strategic and planning document of the City of Bijeljina, aimed at encouraging the future growth and development of the community.

The Local Development Strategy encompasses both the social and economic spheres, as well as aspects of environmental protection and spatial improvement. The Strategy was developed as a framework for defining common goals, stimulating local capacities, and responding to the challenges of the city’s future development and overall quality of life, revised for the period 2019–2023.

This strategic document seeks to engage all relevant stakeholders in reflection and contribution toward more efficient decision-making in the implementation of strategic priorities in economic development, social development, and environmental protection, within the framework of three defined strategic goals and eleven sectoral objectives.

It is important to emphasize that the Strategy also includes a list of priority programs and projects in each sector, which serve to achieve the set goals through the implementation of operational activities — thereby laying the foundation for the comprehensive implementation of the Strategy.

The Three-Year Indicative Financial Implementation Plan of the Local Development Strategy of the City of Bijeljina for the period 2023 to 2025 envisages the implementation of 66 projects, with a total value of BAM 73,810,553.29.
