Private sector survey on communal services in the City of Bijeljina
From 27 February to 31 March 2017, a survey was conducted among companies operating in the City of Bijeljina with the aim of collecting information on the business sector’s satisfaction with the quality of communal services in the city. This survey was part of the local community’s strategic planning efforts concerning the city’s future. Its purpose was to provide useful and reliable information to the City Administration regarding the views of those who invest, create jobs, and employ people in the City of Bijeljina.
The previous survey on the same topic was conducted during the period from 9 November to 15 December 2015.
The survey included questions related to the opinions and views of the business sector on the quality of communal services provided by the Administration of the City of Bijeljina and by companies established or majority-owned by the City of Bijeljina (JSC Komunalac (Utility Company) and JSC Vodovod i kanalizacija (Water supply and sewerage)).
The purpose of the survey was to improve the quality of services provided by the City Administration and utility companies to the business sector. The opinions, attitudes, and suggestions gathered will undoubtedly contribute to addressing the issues and finding the best solutions related tothe provision of these services. The collected information will help the City of Bijeljina manage private sector development and the overall economic development of the community in a more effective and systematic way.
