Sewer network

An especially important activity is the construction of a sewerage system in Bijeljina, because it is of historic importance for Bijeljina from the point of view of construction of sewerage and waste water treatment, as well as the base for protection of ground water and sources of drinking water from possible pollution. This creates long-term prerequisites for the operation of the company, i.e. supplying the city and surrounding areas with drinking water.

The City of Bijeljina has 17,199 m of faecal collectors with a diameter of 250 to 900 mm, six faecal pump stations, including the main faecal pump station – PS-1. In addition, 14,176 m of storm drains have been built, including two pump stations.
