About Spa ‘Dvorovi’
Public Institution Spa ‘Dvorovi’ is located in the north-east of RepublikaSrpska, between rivers Sava and Drina, with an elevation of 93m, and roads which go across Rača and Pavlović Bridge from Serbia to Bijeljina, and then to Banja Luka and other towns in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Semberija is cultivated, with beautiful parks, pools, nice accommodation at the St. Stephen Hotel, and has hospitable people, making Spa ‘Dvorovi’ a great place for holiday, prevention and treatment of various conditions.At the modernly equipped medical block, with top experts and healing thermo-mineral water, the following conditions are successfully treated: all forms of rheumatic diseases, inflammatory and degenerative rheumatism, rehabilitation of patients after spine and locomotor system surgeries, patients with neurological disorders, psoriasis, and certain types of eczema. Additionally, guests have access to all kinds of physical therapies, including kinesitherapy exercises, occupational therapy, all forms of electrotherapy, ultrasound, magnet therapy, laser, and paraffin treatments. We also offer manual massage services, both for therapeutic and commercial purposes (relaxation massages). Special emphasis is placed on the use of our healing water in the form of local and general baths, as well as underwater massage. The spa water can also be used for the therapy of chronic gastritis through oral intake.
Medical services are provided throughout the entire year, while tourist hospitality services are primarily offered during the summer. The use of outdoor swimming pools is seasonal. During the summer months, especially during vacation periods, school holidays, excursions, and organized sports events, the spa complex is visited by around 120,000 guests from Bijeljina, the region, and other parts of RepublikaSrpska, Croatia, and Serbia.
The St. Stephen Hotelhas 39 rooms, two apartments, and an elevator (103 beds). The rooms are equipped with bathrooms, telephones, televisions, and during the winter, they are heated usingthermo-mineral water. The hotel also has a restaurant that can accommodate 400 guests.

The Public Institution Spa ‘Dvorovi’has a sports and recreational centre with five swimming pools, accommodating up to 3,000 visitors. For recreational guests and sports teams, the Spa ‘Dvorovi’complex offers courtsfor:

In addition, there is an Olympic-size swimming pool, 2 smaller pools, and 2 children’s pools with water at different temperatures, as the pools are filled with thermal water (at a temperature of 75°C), which is then cooled to the desired level. We would like to emphasize that there are 8 showers in the pool complex, all of which are continuously supplied with therapeutic spa thermo-mineral water.
Therapeutic properties of the mineral water:
The water is sodium-calcium-bicarbonate-chloride. Analysis has shown that its use yields very good results in the treatment of chronic rheumatic diseases, chronic gastritis, post-traumatic injuries of the limbs, some forms of eczema, lumbago, spondylosis, spondylitis, and lumbosciatica.
Guests are advised to use the thermo-mineral healing water in the form of baths, which effectively treat the following conditions:
