Aiming to improve sales and provide better customer services, 31 workers of bakery company "BODAXCO Impex" from Bijeljina underwent training in communication with customers and sales techniques, while 12 headmen gained the new knowledge form the specific areas that will help them to successfully perform their tasks.After the training, which lasted through February, and was carried out with the support of the City of Bijeljina, as a partner and USAID / Sida Growth Oriented Local Development Project, the directors of  "BODAXCO Impex" and USAID / Sida GOLD project, granted certificates to successful participants.The main goal of the USAID / Sida Growth Oriented Local Development Project (GOLD) is a strong support to local communities in their economic development, investments attraction and the new jobs creation.The USAID / Sida GOLD Project has supported  opening 1978 direct jobs, of which 59% were newly employed women, through workforce development and certification programs.
