Spatial planning strategic documents
Pursuant to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction (Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, 40/2013, 2/2015), spatial planning strategic documents establish the areas and corridors reserved for future development, on which building is not permitted until a suitable implementation spatial planning document is prepared.

- Joint spatial plan for the territory of two or more local self-government units,
- Spatial plan of a local self-government unit, and
