The City of Bijeljina has started the process of establishing its Capital Investment Plan and Plan of Infrastructure Development for the period 2015 – 2017.

All citizens, institutions, companies, NGOs&CSOs, local communities and other legal and private entities are invited to submit their project proposals to the City Administration (based on the formattached below). All received project proposals will be considered by the Working Group for the establishment of the above mentioned Plans, which is composed of representatives of the public, private and non-governmental sector.

Deadline for submission of proposals is 25 November 2014.
